A bronze/silver/gold lakehouse built as a five-task Databricks Workflow DAG, enforcing validity rules at silver and modeling gold as a Delta Lake star schema with surrogate keys and foreign key constraints. It ships as a Databricks Asset Bundle whose dev and prod targets derive every schema, volume, and trigger from a single variable, with Unity Catalog governance and incremental Auto Loader ingestion.
A fully-local agentic RAG system in which an orchestrator routes each query across five retrieval strategies, coordinating query-classifier, decomposer, and answer-evaluator agents with a bounded two-retry reflection loop. Ran a dual-dataset ablation showing decomposition lifts MRR on structured retrieval but collapses it on multi-hop, and that reflection costs up to 6× latency for no reliable quality gain.
An AI-powered chatbot that leverages Retrieval-Augmented Generation to answer questions from custom documents. It provides accurate, context-aware responses and helps users interact with large text data efficiently.
Policy Navigator is a domain-specific AI assistant designed to support public health policy analysis using grounded, evidence-based responses. The system follows a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to ensure answers are derived strictly from authoritative policy documents rather than model assumptions.
A document ingestion and hybrid search platform where users upload PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown files and query them in natural language. It fuses semantic vector search over Qdrant with BM25 keyword matching through Reciprocal Rank Fusion, and ships fully Dockerized with JWT auth, per-user document isolation, and a Next.js frontend.
